Andrew Hagger

Founder & Executive Chair

Andrew has a strong background in M&A, having advised on or led deals with a total value in the billions. He has cultivated strong connections within private client circles, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their family offices, as well as financial institutions and philanthropic organizations.

Most recently, Andrew served as the CEO of Tattarang and Minderoo, the private office and philanthropic foundation of the Forrest Family. Before that, he held Group Executive roles at NAB in banking and wealth management, and chaired JB Were. Andrew also spent over 25 years at PwC in Australia and abroad, including as the Managing Partner of PwC in Victoria. Andrew is a Director of the Sydney Dance Company and has chaired or been a member of the board for a range of commercial and non-for-profit organisations over two decades.

Stephen Daly

Co-Founder and CEO

Stephen is an experienced executive and director with a deep financial services background as well as notable roles across a variety of sectors including energy, agriculture, property and philanthropy. He has been involved in major transactions within financial services and family enterprises and has established and lead large operations teams across commercial and philanthropic enterprises.

Most recently, Stephen served as the COO and CFO at Minderoo and Tattarang, the private office of the Forrest Family. He has also been a director at RM Williams, Squadron Energy, Harvey Beef, and has chaired the Western Force Super Rugby team. Prior to this, Stephen spent over 16 years in senior executive positions at NAB and AMP. He is currently a director at Zero2Hero, a charity focused on youth mental health and suicide prevention.

Alex Nikov

Managing Director

Alex previously led J.P. Morgan’s Technology Investment Banking coverage for Australia and New Zealand. Before taking on this role in December 2021, he worked at Macquarie Capital, where he served a diverse range of public and private clients within the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology sectors.

Alex has a wealth of investment banking experience, offering financial advisory services and principal investing related to mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and equity and debt capital raisings. He has worked with organizations ranging from startups to ASX50 companies on complex global transactions, while also providing guidance on governance, business transformation, and strategy.

Corey Yung

Senior Director

Corey has 20 years of broad, top-tier experience across investment banking, investments, corporate development and marketing.

Corey’s background blends over 16+ years of corporate advisory experience, including M&A and investments at Macquarie Capital, corporate advisory at Luminis Partners, leading corporate and commercial development at Seven West Media, and most recently founding and managing a successful boutique advisory specialising in advising a range of Australian unicorns and managing cross-border M&A process to global acquirers. Prior to working in corporate advisory, Corey worked in the creative industries, including at Leo Burnett, The Monkeys (now Accenture Song) and Sony Music.

With this unique mix of experience, Corey brings relevant insights from both the corporate and private capital approaches to buy-side opportunities, as well optimal positioning and strategies for sell-side processes.

Stephanie Cain

Client Relations and Strategy Manager

Stephanie has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning retail and commercial banking, asset management, and venture capital. Her roles have centred around corporate strategy and advisory, with positions at CBA in Australia and Lloyds Bank in the UK. Most recently, she worked as an Investor Relations Manager at Airtree Ventures, a leading venture capital firm in Australia. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Michael Hagger

Finance and Operations Analyst

Michael has a keen attention to detail and currently serves as the Finance and Operations Analyst at Famille. He brings over three years of experience in finance-related roles and holds a Bachelor of Business from La Trobe University.

Nicole Schmechtig

Executive Assistant

Nicole has over 18 years of experience as an Administration Assistant, Personal Assistant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She’s previously held roles at Azure Capital, Concept Bookkeeping and Zephyr Capital.
